THE FOUNDERS
(Yes — we have the same ex. No — it’s not weird.)
We’re Micaela and Connar — two women brought together by an unexpected connection (hi, he who shall not be named) who ended up creating space for a deep-rooted friendship to evolve.
When Micaela moved back to Detroit, she was looking to build community and reached out. One night over drinks — a negroni for Connar, a whiskey sour for Micaela (typical) — we sat at San Morello lamenting on how hard it can be to foster real connections as an adult. That night, 313 Over 30 came into the world.
We started small — a few women sitting at our own kitchen tables, lots of laughs, zero name tags. Just real conversation and connection. Since then, it’s grown into something we couldn’t have imagined: a warm, welcoming community of women showing up for each other in the most honest and supportive ways.
We’re still here for the cocktails and deep chats. But more than anything, we’re here for the women who remind us that connection, community, and friendship are always worth the investment.
